Eternal Shards
Ninety-nine floors. One way up.

Eternal
Shards

A tower-climbing MMO. Bond an elemental shard, take the first floor, and haul everything you survive back down to make the next one possible.

  1. Climb

Push as far up the tower as your gear and your nerve will carry you.

  2. Fall

Get overrun and you drop to your last cleared landing, carrying only what you banked on the way.

  3. Forge

Spend it at base camp. Levels, shard attunement, better steel.

  4. Return

Start higher than you started last time. That is the whole game.

The Ascent

Three towers, ninety-nine floors between them. Each one gates the next — clear the crown of the Verdant Spire before the desert will even let you in.

The Verdant Spire Ascent I
Floors 1 – 33

The Verdant Spire

A hollowed god-tree grown around a shard of living stone. Roots for stairs, thornbeasts for teachers. Where every climber learns what a floor costs.

Earth shard
The Sunken Reliquary Ascent II
Floors 34 – 66

The Sunken Reliquary

Buried to its shoulders in a desert that keeps moving. The stairs are half-swallowed, the guardians are still at their posts, and the heat never drops.

Fire shard
The Broken Crown Ascent III
Floors 67 – 99

The Broken Crown

The tower that cracked the sky. Nothing here is scaled for one climber. Reaching the ninety-ninth floor is the whole point of Eternal Shards.

Light shard

Getting stronger is the reward

There is no level cap you grind toward in a quiet field somewhere. Everything you gain, you gain on a floor you nearly didn't clear.

  • Shard attunement

Earth, Fire, Water or Light. Your shard decides what your weapons do and how the tower answers you. Re-attune at base camp when a floor demands it.

  • Skills that level by use

Mining, Smithing, Woodcutting, Fletching. Raise them on the way up, cash them in at the forge. Nothing goes past 99.

  • Gear you actually made

Nothing worth wearing drops finished. You haul the ore and the timber down and build the next set yourself.

  • Landings that stick

Every thirty-third floor is a landing. Clear it once and it is yours for good — you will never re-climb from the bottom.

In development

The doors aren't open yet

Eternal Shards is being built solo, in Australia. The backend is mid-rebuild, so accounts, the leaderboard and realm status are offline while the new one goes in. Art and floor design are what's moving this month.
